1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JobSiteRating platform (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Purpose of the Platform
JobSiteRating allows verified construction professionals to share and access information about job sites, client reliability, work conditions, and community feedback. The Platform is designed for informational and professional networking purposes only.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and work in or be affiliated with the construction, trade, or real-estate industries to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at support@jobsiteRating.com.
5. User Content and Conduct
- You grant JobSiteRating a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your content.
- You agree that your reviews and comments are truthful to the best of your knowledge and based on real experiences.
- You agree not to post false, defamatory, discriminatory, or confidential information.
- JobSiteRating reserves the right to remove or moderate content at its discretion.
6. Professional Responsibility
Information on the Platform is provided by users and may not be independently verified. JobSiteRating does not guarantee the accuracy of ratings or comments. Users are responsible for making their own professional judgments based on available information.
7. Paid Plans and Subscriptions
- Some features (e.g., advanced analytics, rating history, or ZIP-level reports) require a paid subscription.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
- JobSiteRating reserves the right to change pricing or feature access with notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform design elements, data architecture, and proprietary features (including rating decay logic, heatmaps, and comment systems) are owned by JobSiteRating. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
JobSiteRating and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from user-submitted information or from reliance on ratings, comments, or data displayed on the Platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
11. Dispute Resolution
